Downing The File Server
  1. Make sure everyone is logged out.
  2. On the file server keyboard press and hold down the "CTRL" key while pressing the "ESC" key.
  3. The monitor will display a menu of choices.
  4. Select the number corresponding to "Backup Exec - Job Manager" and press "Enter".
  5. You should now be in the Job Manager program. Press and hold the "CTRL" and then press the "X" key. This will exit you out of "Job Manager.
  6. You should be back at the menu of choices again, and it should no longer list "Backup Exec - Job Manager".
  7. Now select the number for "Backup Exec - Netware Client" and press "Enter".
  8. You should now be in the program. Press and hold down the "CTRL" key and press the "X" key. This will exit you out of "Backup Exec".
  9. Back at the menu select the number for "System Console" and press "Enter".
  10. You will see a prompt with your housing authorities name listed next to it.
  11. At this prompt, type "DOWN" and press "Enter".
  12. The system will go through the unloading process and when complete it should be a the "C:\NWSERVER" prompt.
  13. Turn the power switch off, then back on.
  14. Once the server is up have everyone log back into the system.
